Russell C. Janecka,

In 1986, Russell took the reigns of his father's then ten-year-old agency. Through the years he has developed the business and introduced cutting edge technology. His objective is to provide a high-tech AND high-service oriented agency.
Russell received his business education from Victoria College and through the University of Maryland while serving in the US Air Force, in which he served his country overseas in Berlin Germany. He is educated and licensed as a
Multi-line and a Life insurance Agent. Through the years Russell has continued to seek to enhance his abilities for the benefit of his clientele. In 1990 he received the Life Underwriter Training
Council Fellow designation and in 1996, his
Certified Insurance Counselor
designation, which he updates annually through continuing education courses each year.
He is also proud to have served as an elected member of the Board of Directors for
Germania
Farm Mutual and Germania Life Insurance Companies for a number of years.
Mr. Janecka is active in the Greater Victoria Area Chamber of Commerce. He has served on several committees and has served as a past member of the board of directors as well as past Chairman of the Board in 1999.

Victoria, as well as the Victoria
Ballet Theatre. |
| He is involved in many other civic and church activities but mostly enjoys spending
time with his wife, Gail, and three children, Robert, Julie and Kevin. When he can find the time, he enjoys motorcycle riding, and flying radio controlled airplanes and helicopters. |

Jill Friedel - Insurance Solicitor

| Jill has been with the agency since 1986. Her years of experience have helped her develop a depth in understanding the needs people present to her in their insurance matters. She is always willing to assist clients with their questions and concerns.
Jill's ongoing education in
personal lines enables her to conscientiously recommend the proper
coverage needed for her clientele. We also count on Jill to manage the day to day bookkeeping
in the agency.
Jill is active in her boys lives through assisting in
their schools and working as a team mom for their baseball, basketball and other
sports activities. She is also an active leader in the First
Presbyterian Church of Victoria.

Leticia Gonzales, ACSR

| "Letie" has been with JIA since 1992. As an insurance solicitor, she works hard at obtaining the best value for her customers when she seeks to place their insurance. Si es necessario se Habla Espaņol!
Letie also holds an Accredited Customer Service
Representative designation as a result of her continuing educational
insurance studies. In addition to serving people through our office, she serves as the Christian Education Director for Jerusalem Family Praise Center, and Secretary of the National Sunday School department of the UPLCII. Letie was recently ordained as a Minister of her church. We are very proud of her! |

Barbara Etlinger

Barbara joined our agency in 2004 with many years of
experience in loan servicing from First Capital Bank. Prior to that she had 12
years of experience in a local insurance agency. Her experiences have taught
her how to be sensitive to client's needs in securing their financial future.
She belongs to Our Lady of Victory Cathedral, enjoys reading,
family and travel. Come on by for a visit and a quote on your coverage, she's
ready to serve you.
